Course Brief

In this course, you will identify many of the common risks involved in using conventional end-user technology, as well as ways to use it safely, to protect yourself and your organization from those risks. You will:

  • Identify the need for security.

  • Secure devices like desktops, laptops, smartphones, and more.

  • Secure your use of the Internet.

Target Audience

CyberSAFE, designed to be delivered in a half day or less, is suitable for a wide audience across industries. To ensure success in this course, students should have experience with the basic use of conventional end-user technology, including desktop, laptop, or tablet computers, cell phones, and basic Internet functions such as web browsing and email.
 

Modalities

  • The course is delivered On-Premise and Online

  • Course duration is ½ day for the extended edition or 1 hour
     

Minimum Attendance

  • ½ day Edition: 3 participants at minimum

  • 1 hour Edition: 2 participants at minimum

Prerequisites

Basic understanding of technology will help grasp concepts quickly during the training.
